When you know your outcome, you never lose sight of your real target. If you know your purpose, you know the why – you have the power and passion to find your way to it. I would hazard a guess that 75% of my clients are suffering from some type of overwhelm and I mean suffering! The feeling of overwhelm is consuming their every waking minute and has a flow on effect to their health, families and business. We tend to do one of two things when we are overwhelmed – we take a situation or experience and break it down into a heap of different actions that have us thinking ‘When the hell am I going to have the time to get all of this done’ or we take a heap of different actions and chunk it up into one big ‘thing’ that is too big for us to comprehend and we think ‘When the hell am i going to have time to get that done?” Then one of two things happen again – we either break our back chasing the tigers tail never completing anything or we procrastinate and never complete anything either. So where is the logic?
The secret is to chunk or group together aspects of a category in our lives eg family, fitness, business and:
• Have a clear vision for each area.
• Getting clear on a specific result is crucial
• Schedule activities into the diary is a MUST!
• Have no more than three or four outcomes
• Relax and realise what life is about

Ideally you will have an outcome, a purpose or reason why you are wanting that result and a plan of action to achieve it.
